Easy Keto Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers

JUMP TO RECIPE

I love the ease of cooking with an air fryer. On hot summer days, I never have to heat up the house by starting the oven or stove, and I can cook an entire meal in there if I want to!

The GoWISE 12.7 QT Air Fryer Oven Ultra is the second air fryer that I’ve owned. The first one was a small 5 qt air fryer.  And while that one was nice, I really love that my GoWISE has a window so I can keep a better eye on my food, without having to open it and interrupt the cooking process. I also have more than twice the room to cook more food while still being compact enough to fit on my counter and stay there.

Cooking with an air fryer is awesome because you cut your cooking time in half. You’re also able to cook/fry your favorite foods with a fraction of the calories.

My friends over at GoWise were kind enough to pass along a discount code for my readers and followers. By using code KINDKETOMAMA you can receive 10% off storewide until 11/31/19!

These jalapeño poppers are so addictive. I have to practice a lot of self restraint when making them, so I leave some for our guests to enjoy as well.

Often times jalapeño poppers are made by wrapping the stuffed jalapeño halves in a slice of bacon, but I found that method made the poppers a little messy and awkward to eat. These poppers are just as easy and simple to enjoy, as they are to assemble. The perfect snack for game day!

Depending on the air fryer that you own you may need to play around with the cooking times. Keep an eye on them after about 8 minutes just to make sure they don’t burn. And if you don’t own an air fryer you can, of course, make these in your conventional oven but they may need a bit more time.

  1. In a small bowl mix the cream cheese and garlic salt until combined.
